In the rare cases you want to return equipment to the factory, we kindly ask you to follow the procedure below, thus ensuring a smooth - and traceable Return process.

To provide you with a RMA, we only require a limited amount of information, which you will find on the RMA form.
PLEASE NOTE: without RMA we are not able to accept your shipment!
Make sure that the return shipment packaged professionally.
Enclose the completed RMA-form (with the allocated RMA number) and original shipment documents or Invoice to the shipping documents.
Mark the RMA on all papers and on the outside of the box.
